British Authorities Warn of “Significant Risk” of Gas Shortages This Winter

■Reuters (October 4)

[LONDON, Oct. 3 (Reuters) – Britain’s Office of Gas and Electricity Market Regulation (Ofgem) has warned that there is a “significant risk” that the United Kingdom could face gas shortages this winter. war in Ukraine and supply constraints to Europe could lead to an emergency situation, it warned.
Russian gas only meets about 4% of total UK gas demand. However, disruptions in supply to Europe could push up prices in the U.K. and make it more difficult to secure gas from other regions.

We use gas fan heaters, so if Japan runs out of gas, we’ll be in a lot of trouble.

they could just use an oil heater.

I can stand it there with my ps4 and computer.

“This is not the time to worry about Japan.
(Japan is currently experiencing a severely weak yen, which is seriously affecting the lives of the Japanese people.)”

Japan is dying of high prices.

Is it cold in England?

It is cold. The latitude is higher than Hokkaido.

“England is not cold, ( ̄▽ ̄).
It’s warm from the Conveyor Belt Current.
I hear it’s wrapped in a climate.”

“What are these people making a fuss about?
If we don’t have gas, why don’t we just stock up on oil?”

“The war will have its greatest impact in the winter.
I have a feeling that Japan’s electricity bills are going to be terrible.”

“Electricity bills are going up.
I’ve been using the air conditioner sparingly this summer, but for the first time it’s over 40,000 yen…
(about US$280).”

Use oil fan heaters.

There’s also the problem of the North Sea oil fields about to run dry.
We are seeing the end of the British Empire.

There’s a chance of power outages this winter in Japan, too.
I don’t even know if we have enough gas.

In such a case, if you coerce Japan, they’ll spit out as much of their stockpiled gas as they can, free of charge.

“If there’s going to be a shortage situation, if we issue a warning now or later, they’ll curb gas use and we’ll get through the consequences.
In the spring, you’ll be fine.”

That’s where coal gasification comes in. We have tons of coal.

Who’s the guy who destroyed the gas pipeline?

In Germany, suspicions are boiling over that the Nord Stream bombing was caused by the US. Kriegserklaerung [declaration of war] is trending on Twitter in Germany. The public began to think that the Nord Stream bombing was a declaration of war by the U.S. against Germany.

Addendum about the video: during a live German TV broadcast, textile owner-entrepreneur Wolfgang Grupp publicly called for diplomatic relations with the US in the wake of the Nord Stream destruction.

“Biden did issue a criminal warning, though.
Poland tweeted “(Nord Stream destruction) Thank you USA.
Seems like he deleted it right away.”

That’s what happens when you leave the lifeline to other countries.

If the Western Allies weren’t prepared to march into Russia and dismantle it, they should have just pretended to be neutral.

When it comes to war, the strength of the resource-exporting powers stands out.

Europe can’t survive without Russia’s resources, so we shouldn’t pick a fight with them!

We’ll just have to live with the fact that we’re better than Germany.

Are we playing a game of chicken to see who will be the first to sound the alarm and attack Russia?

Isn’t Britain dependent on the North Sea oil fields for energy?

They said the North Sea oil fields didn’t produce as much as they thought.

“Why doesn’t everyone just use ceramic heaters?
Don’t all Europeans use oil fan heaters?”

You pulled out of Sakhalin II.

“EU politicians.
We’re going to make Russia suffer and perish.

Oil prices have gone up and we have no gas.

No natural gas in the UK North Sea fields?

“Wonder why UK is running out of gas.
You have oil fields.
Do you make money by freezing your own people to death?”

“Nuclear power plants!
Get them back up and running!
I don’t care if we don’t make it in time!”

France: “We can’t run the plant because we don’t have enough water! Please send electricity to France!”

England would have a fireplace, so they’d pick up the wood.

“Russia exports natural gas to the EU and the UK through three major pipelines, with
The pipeline supply capacity is estimated to be about 16 billion cubic feet per day.

UK has been getting gas from Russia and has gone all out to hit the WWW.

Meanwhile, the U.S. is expanding its LNG exports.
LNG imports by the EU and the UK averaged 14.8 billion cubic feet per day, of which the US accounted for 47%, Qatar 15%, and Russia 14%.
From January to May 2022, the U.S. exported 8.2 billion cubic feet per day of LNG to the EU and the U.K., or 71% of the total.
U.S. “Russia, keep the war going for a couple more years on the WWW.”

“Australia, which has a small population, is self-sufficient in food and is a resource-rich country, is on a high.

If you want me to sell you fuel, I have some at home.”

“Just go inside a seal.
I saw it in Star Wars.”

  1. Hello, I think your blog might be having browser compatibility issues. When I look at your blog site in Chrome, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, excellent blog!

  2. Hi there! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you using for this site? I’m getting tired of WordPress because I’ve had problems with hackers and I’m looking at alternatives for another platform. I would be awesome if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.
